If your order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we will always try to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once work has begun, particularly on bespoke items, amendments may no longer be possible.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are sent via secure, tracked, and insured delivery services to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and discreetly.

Which countries are the products delivered to?

Orders placed on this shop can be sent to Europe and North America. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.

Will I receive confirmation and tracking?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation immediately, followed by tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

Bespoke pieces usually take several weeks, depending on complexity, design approvals, and stone sourcing.

Can I use my own gemstones?

Of course! In many cases, we can work with your existing stones, subject to suitability and assessment by our workshop team.

Will I see the design before it is made?

Absolutely, we make sure you will receive design visuals or CAD renders for approval before production begins.

Is bespoke jewellery returnable?

Due to its personalised nature, bespoke jewellery is non-returnable once production has begun or been approved.

Can you remodel old or inherited jewellery?

Definitely, we can transform older pieces into new designs while preserving sentimental elements such as gemstones or metal.

How long does restoration take?

Timeframes really can vary depending on the complexity of the work and the condition of the piece. An estimate is provided after assessment.

Will my jewellery look new again?

Where possible, we restore pieces to a near-original or improved condition, depending on the customer’s preference. We cannot provide guarantees here, but we'll do our very best!

How do I send my jewellery for assessment?

You can contact us here to arrange secure sending instructions or an in-person consultation where available.

Can all rings be resized?

Most rings can be resized, but certain designs, such as full eternity bands or intricate settings, may have limitations.

How much can a ring be resized?

This really depends on the design and structure of the ring. We will always advise on safe and appropriate adjustments.

Can I resize a ring I didn’t buy from you?

Engraving Service

What can I engrave on my jewellery?

We're happy to follow your lead and advice accordingly. However, common choices include names, initials, dates, messages, coordinates, symbols, and custom designs.

Can all jewellery be engraved?

Most rings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, and watch case backs can be engraved, subject to surface space and material suitability.

How long does engraving take?

Engraving is usually completed quickly, though bespoke or highly detailed work may require additional time. As always, we'll advise timeframes on a per-order basis.

Can I return engraved items?

Engraved items are typically non-returnable due to their personalised nature, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
