Your fingers can change size throughout the day due to temperature and activity. For the best measurement, measure your finger in the evening when at its largest and at a normal temperature (not too hot or cold).

If you have a ring that fits the intended finger well, measure its inner diameter and compare it to the ring size chart for a quick, easy size match.

Wider bands usually fit more snugly, so you may need to go up half a size for comfort. If you're choosing a thinner band, your usual size should be a perfect fit.

A well-fitted ring should slide over your knuckle with slight resistance and feel snug, but not tight. If your knuckle is much larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between.
