Shipping Information

Which delivery services do you use?

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a fully tracked and insured service designed for valuable items.

For European and international orders, we use Parcelforce Global Priority, providing secure and trackable delivery to destinations worldwide.

Is my order tracked?

Yes. All orders are sent using tracked delivery services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

All claims are assessed individually by our team.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and whether your item is in stock, made to order, or bespoke.

As a general guide:

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: Usually next working day after dispatch

Europe

  • Parcelforce Global Priority: Typically 2–5 working days after dispatch

International Destinations

  • Parcelforce Global Priority: Typically 3–10 working days after dispatch

Is my jewellery insured during transit?

Yes. All orders are sent using secure delivery services and are insured whilst in transit, providing additional peace of mind when purchasing valuable jewellery.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Both Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce Global Priority deliveries generally require a signature upon receipt to help ensure your order reaches you safely.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We are pleased to offer international delivery to many countries worldwide.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

What happens if my order is delayed?

While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to courier networks, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and contents where available.

We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve the issue.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact our team.

We will liaise with the courier and keep you updated throughout the investigation process. If a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are generally not possible.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves our workshop, along with any available tracking information.

Do bespoke and made-to-order items take longer to dispatch?

Yes. Bespoke and made-to-order jewellery requires manufacturing time before dispatch.

Estimated lead times will be discussed during the ordering process, and we will keep you informed throughout production.
